Finishing my dinner

That's the best way I know to finish the fantastic dinner I had tonight at Stephane Tournie's restaurant, in Toulouse.

Attending a Wine and Business Club dinner is always a great experience... and tonight was unique, thanks to the outstanding meals prepared by Stephane, the wine from the Rhone Valley and Hait-Medoc and this Armagnac ;-)
